About
I didn’t set out to build a consulting practice. I set out to build something people didn’t want to leave. That pursuit has taken me across multiple cities, different organizations, and more than a few lessons learned the hard way about what actually makes people stay, and what quietly makes leaving feel like relief.
Today I serve as Director of Member Success & Experience at one of the largest local professional trade associations in the country. It’s where I get to do the work every day — designing programs, building culture, and obsessing over the gap between the value we deliver, and the value members actually feel. The industry is construction, but the insights are entirely human.
Out of that and prior work came the REV Method™, a framework built on three conditions that make membership feel worth staying for: Relevance, Experience, and Value, in that order because the order matters. RelevantEdge exists to bring that framework, and everything learned building it in the real world — to associations and leaders who are ready to close the gap.
I also speak. On stages from the Pacific Northwest to national association conferences, I talk about what it costs to lead from the middle, why organizations lose people to indifference rather than competitors, and what it looks like to stop waiting for permission and start building the version of yourself your team is waiting for.
The thread running through all of it is simple: value belongs entirely to the person on the receiving end. Every program, every experience, every culture either earns that or quietly loses it.
I’m here to help you build the kind that earns it.
I’m currently serving on the board of directors of NSA Northwest, the National Speakers Association's Pacific Northwest chapter.
